Karthik Vaidyanathan is responsible for executing a variety of valuation and other financial advisory engagements ranging from employee stock ownership plans, valuation opinions for tax (including corporate gift, shareholder buyouts, and estate planning), and financial reporting (with a focus on “fair value” accounting for purchase price allocations).  Mr. Vaidyanathan has served clients in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, insurance, distribution, engineering, upstream oil and gas, homebuilding, and residential electrical.  

Mr. Vaidyanathan graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Quantitative Finance with additional coursework in applied and pure mathematics.  During his time at UT Austin, Mr. Vaidyanathan passed the actuarial Exams P (Probability) and FM (Financial Mathematics) and interned at ithought, a mass market financial services firm.  Mr. Vaidyanathan is currently a CFA Level II Candidate.
