Chandler Harrison is responsible for the execution and management of a variety of litigation engagements related to intellectual property, economic damages, and business valuation matters.

Mr. Harrison has considerable experience evaluating damages in a variety of business contexts, including patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, tortious interference, and fraud.  Additionally, Mr. Harrison has evaluated reasonable royalty, lost profits, disgorgement, diminution of business value, and other measures of damage in intellectual property and business ownership and operational disputes.

Mr. Harrison has worked on numerous engagements ranging from millions to billions of dollars in a diverse range of industries including telecommunications, semiconductors, financial services, commercial and residential real estate, cloud storage, energy (upstream, midstream, and utility), healthcare, and distribution, among others.

Mr. Harrison graduated from Washington and Lee University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration.  Before joining BVA, Mr. Harrison was a Senior Consultant at Nouvelle Analytics.  Mr. Harrison has previously held securities licenses including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66.
