BVA Group Partner Laurie-Leigh White recently participated in The ESOP Association TX/OK Chapter Spring Conference, where ESOP professionals and industry leaders gathered to discuss current trends and issues affecting employee ownership and valuation.
Laurie-Leigh serves as Vice President of Programming for the TX/OK Chapter of The ESOP Association and played an active role in the conference program. During the event, she co-presented alongside Alex Grasser of Prairie Capital on valuation and repurchase obligations, addressing important considerations and challenges impacting ESOP companies and advisors.
The conference provided attendees with opportunities to exchange insights on evolving ESOP topics, market developments, and best practices across the employee ownership community. Additional BVA attendees included Sam Makin, Mark Phillips, and Alishah Ahmed, who participated in conference sessions and networking events throughout the program.
