Alexander Walther recently presented on a TXCPA webinar discussing how COVID-19 has affected the role of expert witnesses and the delivery of testimony.  Alexander and his co-panelists addressed a number of topics including, but not limited to, discovery considerations, tips and tricks when using ZOOM or similar applications, the new role technology may play in future depositions and trials, and potential pitfalls and traps to be aware of when testifying remotely.
