BVA Group's Erica Bramer recently presented to the International Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association on the topic of “concurrent evidence” in international arbitration, also known as “hot tubbing” of expert witnesses.  Andrew Melsheimer (Thompson & Knight) and Professor Peter Winship (SMU) joined Erica for the panel presentation, and spoke on the ethics of arbitrator selection and retention and expedited arbitral proceedings, respectively.
