  • Proactively manage all aspects of various dispute consulting engagements to ensure timely and excellent client service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation and/or review of detailed financial models and other relevant analyses, such as economic damages calculations.

  • Proactively manage all aspects of the execution of various valuation engagements to ensure timely and excellent client service delivery.
  • Manage and perform valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions; financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; restructuring and reorganization; and corporate strategy.
